By accessing and using Simple Audio Visualizer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Simple Audio Visualizer is an online tool that converts audio files (MP3, WAV) into video visualizations. We provide two visualization styles:

  • P2P Waveform: Peak-to-peak waveform visualization
  • Line Waveform: Linear waveform visualization

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the service
  • Upload files larger than 50MB or in unsupported formats
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the service

4. File Processing and Storage

When you upload files to our service:

  • Files are temporarily stored on our servers for processing
  • All uploaded files and generated videos are automatically deleted after 30 minutes
  • We do not permanently store your content
  • You retain all rights to your original audio content
  • Generated visualizations are provided for your personal use

5. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to upload and process your audio files
  • Your use of the service does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • You will not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization

Simple Audio Visualizer retains all rights to the service, software, and technology used to provide the visualization service.

6. Service Limitations

Our service has the following limitations:

  • File Size: Maximum 50MB per file
  • File Types: Only MP3 and WAV formats supported
  • Processing Time: Varies based on file size and server load
  • Availability: Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy or reliability of results
  • Security of uploaded files during processing

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Simple Audio Visualizer BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
